Lucas Kelm

Born in Argentina and nationalized Italian, he enters the world of hospitality at 15 and never leaves it!

In the meantime, together with his family, he makes his dream of opening a typical Argentine family-run restaurant come true, and in 2012 he realizes that being behind a bar counter is what makes him happy.

After a few years in luxury hotels and private clubs between Ibiza and Barcelona, Lucas returns to Italy with a bag full of ideas and new stimuli.

He lands in the Alajmo brothers’ court as the group’s Bar Manager, collaborating and learning closely with starred chefs and high catering professionals.

Bloody Mary

Which character, either past or present, you would you like to drink one of your cocktails and which one?

One of the figures that intrigue me most is an innovative and multifaceted artist from the past who has left an indelible mark on contemporary art; I would spend whole days drinking Gin & Tonic with Pablo Picasso.

A funny and bizarre anecdote that happened to you behind the counter

Sono cosi tante storie che preferisco raccontarveli personalmente al mio bar.
