Solomiya was born in 1995. Currently head bartender of the Chorus Cafe in Rome, she moved from Ukraine to Italy as a child.
Her first approach to the world of bars happens in the historic Stravinkskij Bar of the Hotel de Russie, and that magical environment draws her to the world of mixing.
She gains experience behind the counter as a bartender working for large events throughout Italy. Among her collaborations: Gambero Rosso, Gambero Rosso Channel, Giardini d’Amore.
Her mixing is inspired by the care for the customer himself, aiming at the constant search for balance and flavours that can surprise and envelop in the elegant experience of a tailor-made drink.
