I started working in bars more than 10 years ago in Rome. I was lucky move my first steps in one of the most beautiful places in Italy with one of the strongest teams ever: the Hotel De Russie.
After a few years I moved to London for almost 3 years, where I gained experience in places like the Ritz Hotel, the Corinthia Hotel and Bam Bou.
After London I returned to Rome, where I opened a place called “La Moderna,” and after a few years I decided to move to Miami, to open a second location.
Today I am still in Miami, and I work for the Four Seasons Hotel where 4 years ago we opened a cocktail bar called “Champagne Bar.” We have been nominated for 2 consecutive years as best hotel bar for Tales of the Cocktail, best bar team, best hotel bar for Virtuoso, and I have been personally named America’s most imaginative bartender after winning a competition that lasted more than 12 months with the best bartenders of the United States.
